This document governs the use of Tadpoletee's environmental compliance auditing services, including ISO 14001 certification frameworks, environmental impact assessments, and advisory under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA). By engaging our services, you accept these terms without modification.
Tadpoletee provides industrial environmental compliance auditing, ISO 14001 certification support, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory advisory services. All deliverables are based on current Canadian federal and provincial regulations, including CEPA. Services do not include legal representation or engineering design.
The client must provide accurate and complete documentation of their operations, including waste management records, emission data, and training logs. Access to facilities and personnel for on-site inspections must be granted within reasonable notice. Failure to provide required information may delay or limit the scope of the audit.
Tadpoletee's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including fines imposed by regulatory bodies, operational downtime, or loss of business. Our reports represent professional opinions based on available data and do not guarantee regulatory approval.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Tadpoletee may terminate immediately if the client provides false information, obstructs an audit, or fails to pay invoices within 60 days. Upon termination, the client must pay for services rendered up to the effective date.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in regulations or business practices. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
